About Positive Bump
Through the last decade of interacting with to-be moms, and then going through 2 pregnancies myself - I have realised how confusing it can be to sift through all the nutrition information out there for expecting mamas. Hence, the conception of the Positive Bump!
The Positive Bump is a nutrition coaching framework designed for expecting or new moms to help learn how to :
• Choose foods and supplements that promote a healthy pregnancy.
• Have a healthy weight gain throughout the journey of the 9+ months which with proper nutrition will be easy to manage post-partum as well.
• Decrease your risk of gestational diabetes.
• Understand what really goes on in your body through this time and use that to figure out healthy movement and exercise routines.
• Manage unpleasant symptoms like morning sickness, food aversions and sleep disturbances.
• Discuss birthing techniques and natural birth strategies depending on the moms’ preferences.
The Positive Bump is designed as a way to help you learn and understand the internal workings of your body, fertility and endocrinology (hormone stuff!) and ties it in with your nutrition. It’s loaded with tons of information, hands-on support and easy tricks to habit change so you can take control of this aspect of your health.
